Flight Schools
For schools with international student populations where English pronunciation affects training pace, check ride readiness, or ATC communication. We work with your schedule and your students' timelines.
Airlines
For carriers looking to support pilots and crew in meeting or maintaining ICAO English proficiency standards. We offer both individual assessment and group program structures.
Aviation Training Organisations
For ATOs, type rating centres, and ATPL programs where English communication quality affects training outcomes. We integrate alongside your existing curriculum.
What we bring to your program
Improve student readiness
Students who struggle with English pronunciation can face delays in training, failed check rides, and difficulty communicating with ATC. Early intervention with a certified SLP helps address these challenges before they become barriers to licensure.
Reduce training delays
English proficiency issues can stall a student's progress through your program. Targeted accent modification work, delivered in parallel with flight training, helps keep students on track without pulling them out of the cockpit.
Support ICAO compliance
ICAO Language Proficiency Requirements mandate Level 4 (Operational) for all pilots and controllers on international routes. We focus on pronunciation and fluency, the two assessed components most directly shaped by a speaker's first language and the hardest to improve without expert intervention.
Certified Speech-Language Pathologists
Every session is delivered by a PESL-certified Speech-Language Pathologist with specific training in accent modification. This is clinical-grade pronunciation work, not generic ESL tutoring.
How a partnership works
Initial consultation
We meet with your leadership team to understand your student population, the English proficiency challenges you're seeing, and your training timeline. No commitment required at this stage.
Student assessments
We conduct comprehensive accent assessments for each enrolled student, identifying specific pronunciation and fluency features to target. Each student receives a personalised program outline and a baseline recording.
Targeted sessions
Students work one-on-one with their assigned SLP via secure video sessions, on a schedule that fits alongside their flight training. Sessions target the specific features identified in the assessment, with documented progress at each stage.
Progress reporting
Your organisation receives regular progress summaries for enrolled students. We track each student's development against their baseline and the ICAO Rating Scale so you can see measurable change over time.
